what about runescape? its also a mmorpg...

 

it will do well on this site...

    i guess it is a bit boring

    people only play runescape is cause they dun have a life...

     On the top menu, click on "Game List" then on the list of games you will see RuneScape listed. It is an ok game. It has recently recieved a major, HUGE, update in graphics and content. But few RS fans post on this here site MMORPG.com

     RS is going strong though. It is as big, and popular as ever, with roughly 50,000 players online at peak time. For anyone on a tight budget, RS is better than nothing. image

    I played runescape once, but that was only because the gateway at work closed all other ports that 80 and 21. So I had to either find a ftp based "MMORPG", or a browserbased one. But inspite of runescapes ability to run in a browser the game got pretty boring, and the I would rather do my work..

    lol, i enjoyed it for a while, its good if you have low end systems too... but it does get boring, and grinding gets horrid after level 30ish

    Lol, you consider the grind after level 30 horrid? Perhaps you haven't tried other mmorpgs...

    Believe me, the "HUGE" graphics overhaul made ALOT of old players, like me, leave. They should have left it 2d/3d.

    I had 7+ skills over level 70, and I still wouldn't consider the grind horrible, but then again, that took me around 8 months.
