first you see the game in some shop then you take a closer look and notice 30 days free play... what a waste you cant even use it! lets see a very cool message i got when i was registering 1 month after relase:

it may be worded badly, but I am quite damn sure the 30 days starts from the moment you register your account...

This game gives you 30 days for free? Cool were do I get it? becase at the store they want to charge me $50.
Thats there incase they got the game before the 23rd...It means, you can register now but your free time wont start until the 23rd...You still get your free month, so dont worry about it.

This is just ridiculous... what exactly are you complaining about? It advertised 30 days of game-time with the account for $50 bucks, you got it, it starts (started) on the 23rd. Maybe I'm just not understanding your complaint, what exactly is wrong?

This mean that you pay 50$ in shop and ONCE you registered, the timeframe of 30 initial days starts. ONCE those 30 days elapsed, you will have to pay 15$ a month to continue to play.

There are also a few "free to play" mmorpg out there. Those mmorpg may be as good (better or even worst) based on your own preference (everyone his own taste ...). Most "free to play" mmorpg offer "ingame advantage" for real life money (meaning you can buy items/buff/money/ ...

I think he wanted to say that he bought game now in june and got hes free 30 days with game , but when he entered code it was written what this code expired and account is registered to play from 23 may (last month).
Can you play the game? In that case the whole thread is a big waste of time. If it says that your subscription is expired, then it is a misstake, mail support about it.

That means once you pay for the cardboard box and take it home, you should consider yourself lucky funcom lets you even play it. Because thats not what youre paying $50 for, according to Funcom you paid $50 to for a box and they were just nice enough to include "30 days free".
So to the OP... thats all you have to know, the 30 days of play time is a privelage, a bonus, an act of kindness by funcom, not your right.

30 days is not FREE if you have to buy something else. It is INCLUDED.

I kinda undertand what the OP was talkin about. I just recently bought the game, and it never says anything about the free month when settin up ur account. I would actually like know what he is talking about when he says worst support ever, has he actually logged in and played or making assumptions, which seems much more likely.

Let me try to explain it slowlyyyyy so even the drunk ones can understand it
You buy a game box for $50.
That game box includes:
- The game (which is delivered on DVD support)
- A game manual
- Maybe a few useless goodies (not too sure)
- 30 days of gameplay
Note: The collector edition (which cost more) includes a few more goodies.
The 30 days of gameplay are advertised as "30 free days" ... but that's marketing only (nothing is free!). So your $50 are in fact:
- $35 for the game box
- $15 for the first month
The first month itself start once you regsiter your account. Not before!
Once the first month is elapsed, you must pay more, it is named "renew". If you want to renew you must pay $15 for each additional month of gameplay.
Note that there are bundle of 3 or 6 months as well which make you "win" $1 or something.
If what I described above didn't occured, then something is wrong and you should POLITELY mail Funcom support and ask them what's going on with all details of what happened for you.
30 day starts from the day you register ur account. then u can play for 30 days from that time and date until 30 days forward. thats 30 days which equal one month (almost, some months have less or more days, like february sometims)
