  i havent heard anything about that, but on the other hand i have been playing mmo's for years paying with my card and never had any troubles. thier stuff is under some high security, i wouldnt worry about it.

     SWG released in July 2003 (I know, technically the last week of June... ) GAME Cards were not introduced until first week of November 2003. 4 months later. I was the one who spearheaded the petition for SWG to have Game Cards as soon as possible.

    BTW, TIME Cards are what you use to punch in and out at work. GAME Cards are what you use to play MMORPGs.

  Does anyone know for sure (from an earlier DEV chat on the official board or something) whether or not, they'll have time cards ready by the time release happens?

   I personally do not know. As far as I know there is no definat answer from SONY about if Game Cards for EQ2 will be available on the day EQ2 is released. If anyone else has proof that there will be game cards on the day EQ2 is released, I hope they post the links, or what magazine, newspaper, date and name it is in.
