I found that an adminstrator on the GameWorld Forums has said they will have an exclusive Darkfall interview in their August edition.

It'll more than likely either be a phoned in interview with Tasos talking up a shitstorm of bull, or they'll have the interview at the magazines office. More of the same ol', same ol'.

It’s possible that the online article may feature the new trailer shown at the convention, or it might just have screenshots of it or perhaps only describe it, time will tell.
This is the same website as the one that covered the meeting of the Greek game developers at Microsoft Hellas offices which Tasos represented Aventurine at.
So I presume Tasos gave them an interview at the same time, so I doubt that the interviewer played anything because apparently Tasos only had videos and screenshots for his presentation.

To me it seems like the wheels is rolling and were soon to have more good news. You wont get all in one day you know. Have some patience and faith mate.=)
What do you know about how long they been polishing the game and for how long time they used professional QA-testers? A year, 2 years? I hope for 2 years so we dont get a Age of Conan release. Thing is, Aventurine dont share or hype as Funcom did. They have their own way. As far as now Aventurine Devs have never lied to their fans.
Darkfall release 2008, damn cant wait.

How you can compare 2 totally different Developer Teams with each other is beyond me. Im sure neither Tasos nor any other Darkfall developer ever worked on DnL? You have some other info in the matter?
Name the 100 negative "facts" youre talking about please. Look i can write 200 negative facts, its really easy, look i can even write 300 negative facts. Thats really easy when you dont have to mention one of them, dont you agree?
WoW had a publisher in Blizzard and look they did just fine. We can compare Darkfall with Blizzard from now on, publisher as publisher. Why only mention the game that really screwed up like DnL when you compare Darkfall with anything else? Strange isnt it? Or no it isnt, you want to compare Darkfall with the worst ever release so far cause you just dont like the game Darkfall.
And last - didnt you see the last news on Darkfall website where Tassos (Greek spelling for Tasos) already informed us about the misquoting. This will be delt with asap -

As we've mentioned before we had been working on a self-publishing deal, and we've signed with AudioVisual Enterprises to work with us on the European distribution end of Darkfall's publishing. We will make an official announcement on this when it's time for it. Being a public company they are obligated to make a report of their dealings to the stock market and that's the announcement you read about. We're very happy to be working with them especially since we participate in the management of the project.
About an article that appeared on a Greek game site on a short presentation I made at a Greek game developer conference, it's obvious that it contains many inaccuracies and mistakes due to limited knowledge on our game and company. I'm misquoted and misrepresented in the article and I sent them a correction request a few days ago but I see they haven't fixed it yet.
What I said about Neocron specifically is that before Darkfall, the principles of Aventurine had looked at that game as a possible MMO title to be involved with.

Exactly. This kind of thing doesn't happen. He clearly lied about working on these projects to give him some credbility, but people will find out. And we have found out, the closer and closer this game gets to released, one can only wonder how many lies we will be told.
