Best Feel-good MMO

UberfatkidUberfatkid Member Posts: 98

I have played WoW, Lord of the Rings, EVE and Age of Conan ( Both EVE and Age of Conan for a very very short time, never got to experience it.) I was wondering what is the best feel good MMO, and MMO where you want to login and do PvE Content to make a difference in the world with great crafting and community. Or even just have fun walking around and exploring because of great game depth. What MMO out there is extremely in depth and has a great story that your actually a part of? Is there such a thing? If so please give me your oppinions, they are greatly appreciated.

    Two suggestions.  A sub-based game, and a F2P.

City of Heroes is a feel-good MMO in that you're fighting crime and rescuing people.  The community is second to none in any MMO for helpfulness and maturity.  The game is story-arc based so you are a part of the story.  There is crafting, but only of the most simple sort.  It wouldn't appeal to a true crafter.

Mabinogi is the F2P suggestion.  The graphics are a cross between an anime and a storybook.  It has a very uplifting/optimistic feel to it.  In addition to combat you can do crafter-like activities like sheer sheep, fish and others (the non-combat aspects of it are why I'm giving it a try).  Not much in the way of story, and it's basically a very pretty Korean grinder, but the game is so charming you may not notice.

http://www.3feel.com/index.asp lol here you go. it just feels so good. (sorry that was off-topic) Age of Conan seems to have a great feel to it like your actually making a difference you can become a master crafter and craft buildings for your guilds city or for your guilds soldiers/friends I would suggest you try it for awhile, and if you don't like it come back in a few months and see how things have changed.
