I sent a refferal for my brother and he says that after downloading it's not allowing him to create an account. Anyone have any ideas on this? I told him to perhaps try to create an account before he downloaded.

    Is it saying the key is not valid? Or it goes through but will not let him continue? Maybe he already has an account or tried it in the past?
