in City of Villains

my game isnt accepting my details but suppurt is what is wrong with the game

    it instiled okay it on my computer it says my password is invalid but i logon with some pass and user name and it says its playable

    You do know that your PlayNC master account can be different from your CoX account right?  You could actually have one password for the master account and another one for the CoX account.  Get in touch with customer service from the PlayNC website and use the "ask a question".  Someone usually gets in touch with you in 24 hours or less.

    i tried that they told me to change my game pass and i still can logon

    Did you follow all these steps.

    1. Visit the Create PlayNC Account page
    2. Follow all the directions provided until your PlayNC master account is successfully created
    3. Upon completion of your master account, click on the ADD GAMES TO YOUR PlayNC ACCOUNT now! link in the middle of the page
    4. Enter the serial code provided on your 14 Day Free Trial Card for 14 FREE days of game play and then hit the CONTINUE button
    5. Provide all requested information until you have successfully created a City of Heroes game account!
    6. If you wish to add your City of Villains pre-order serial code now, be sure to visit the City of Villains Pre-Order Registration page and follow the instructions for upgrading an existing City of Heroes account.

    I'm not sure if ncsoft do this but check anyway, go to your email and check if there's an activation link for a ncsoft/city of heroes account.

    If these steps dont work check your firewall to see if it is allowing the coh updater exec through.
