Ok it works now but traffic is heavy as many europeans trying to get in at same time.You need to keep hitting the submit button and pray your connection is faster then the other guys doing it.Got it on 3rd try.
OK now its getting freaky, I was getting messages about the key being the wrong sort and now it's telling me that it is already registered!!!!!!!
Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I have a friend who also got an invite and he logged in OK, entered the key and it all worked fine. He is in the middle of the download now.
It all seems a bit strange to me I JUST WANNA PLAY!!!!!
Even though I am still being told that my key has been used I can now access the Beta forums and the downloader works too!!!
The key has definitely been tagged to my Station account as you have to log into the software download to get the files. God knows why it didn't just tell me that during the registration process.
Who knows what is going on but at least we can get the software now in preparation to play

It accepted my key on the first time, then i had to fill out bunch of infos again, pretty much the same when I registered for euro beta, then got another email, then could get the client...im downloading it right now...gona take a while.
I got my key today!!!! woot!!!!! I now have a million hour download because everyone is trying to download from the same servers so they are adding more within the next hour and a half to try and help speed up the load.
I can't wait to try it.... But I know its gonna make me wanna buy it... and i really don't have the time for another mmorpg thats going to be as addictive and life consuming as EQ was....
...but then again i can waste another 2 years and get in even more debt I guess... lol

Has ANYONE gotten a reply of the key doesn't work? Mine STILL is messed up saying "It's already registered"... PLEASE tell me what to do if any of you know... I really want to be part of this game!
I had the prob with the key saying it was registered. i tried that other url listed earlier in the post an dit didnt work but as far as i can remember i just logged in and out on my different station accounts...maybe pasted the url in and eventually it popped up with the download. Not sure exactly what i did but if your key says its registed you should be able to get in. Just takes a fe trys and stuff.

I think my email is being gay... hehe, I got into WoW stress test, and didn't get my email, had to find a link to register.. only getting mails from a few places... I played Eq for 3.5 years.. thought they were gonan give specialness to those who played long term.. anyways, I signed up 5 times.. hopefully one of them gets in....

Unless some mega smart Hacker hacked into sony servers and retrieved ALL peopl emails that actually applied for the beta.

ok, after much hunting round the forums I have found the link to the direct download page for the beta software:

my key finally work after two days, but the installer is a joke.. downlaod speed is 30kbs and crashs all the time.
