Lguk and maybe Blackburrow also revamped

I'm reading Lguk has been revamped and Blackburrow is also in the pipeworks to be revamped? Anyone heard about this?

Edit: Apparently both a recent 'temporary' revamp and an extract from a developer about the new Lguk:


Mobs in the new dataset are mostly in the 70-80 range, with a slight tendency towards 75+. As Nodyin said, they're comparable in difficulty to Tier 2 mobs in SoF. It won't support the wide range of levels the original did, unfortunately -- we wanted all of the items to be roughly the same so we had to compress the level range a bit to make them the same difficulty.

Those of you who know the zone should find it to be very familiar to you, with new levels on the same inhabitants.

    Lguk has been as for BB i'm not sure I think revamping it would be cool and bad cool cause its what they've been doing to all classic stuff bad because the old world is what makes EQ a classic no other game has that, and also bad because if mobs are going to be in the 70's 80's ....well I find that plain bad BB has always been a low level spot so if anything keep it centered around that lguk however I understand but truly making BB harder is like making Fippy level 60. I know basically no one levels there anymore but well I do when im making a new toon, i prefer old world over new world any day of the week hell i've been leveling my druid in classic/kunark/and velious this last month but i'm just one player i'm sure plenty of others will want a revamp for it. (might as well revamp qeynos while you're at it along with the karana's)

    yeah it would be odd Blackburrow being level 75-80 (if they are doing it), it wouldn't be right being right next to a level 8-10ish zone. It wouldn't make sense.

    If I said, right now, how many hours upon hours I spent in Blackburrow, you would go stiff.

     

     

    I am eager to return to Blackburrow as a high level, only problem is that I plan to stop at 70.

    If they revamp Blackburrow, that mean they are closing the travel thru the place from or to Qeynos Hills and Everfrost peak. For the youngers. Welcome the magical book portal.

    Bah. Hate the revamps. They made my old stomping grounds of  Freeport terrible.

    I know how you feel my old stomping ground of Toxx and freeport (during the progression server) and now perhaps qeynos are in danger :(...............what next Gfay and crushbone.......i miss my old 1999 rendered zones.

    Blackburrow was my first dungeon in ANY mmo..

    Blackburrow revamped 26th:


    [EQ]Aristo: Blackburrow goes live on July 26th. We've had added quite a few surprises to it.
