in Everquest II

wat is the requirement or minimum for eq 2 video card? i gotta

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600

that meet it?

    nm guys just did a system requirements test http://everquest2.station.sony.com/systemscan/ do it for urself to see if ur comp can handle this awesome game

    Thanks for the post Ryan! Now I know what components will work and which won't! Thanks alot! Looks like I'll be gettin' a new comp. I'm so excited, I'd buy another comp just for this =P I know I know.... I'm an EQ addict...

    If you have the CC disk and can run it, I would wait until EQII comes out.  Unless you just need to upgrade your computer due to being reallly old or have the funds to spend on another.  Things will drop in prices on computer parts, or new system if you don't build one yourself within the coming months.

    When you enter the game, you can goto options and choose your video settings. The settings run as follows:

    Maximum Quality
    Very High Quality
    High Quality
    Balanced
    High Performance
    Very High Performance
    Maximum Performance

    My computer specs are as follows:

    Pentium 4 2.6GHz
    1.0 Gb RAM
    Radeon 9000 128mb

    I run at High Performance, although i checked off the option to see water particles and water reflections. It runs fine on my machine. There are many many options you can choose from which will make the game look better, so you CAN customize. Thats all for now.
