in Guild Wars
if you dont know ArenaNet is testing a new skill learning system. it is still far from done and there are no more gem trader's the skill trainers and stuff. now you buy capture skill signets wich go in your 8 slots and when a boss uses a skill u activate it to capture it.

are you saying that we're learning skills from monsters?

i just hope its not like the draw system in final fantasy (i forget which one)
