1. go to http://forum.pso.com.my
After you have made the account you must email PSO and tell them your forums account name and that you need it activated. firekirin@cib.com.my

They made a new forums http://forum.pso.com.my/ , its much easier to register now that its in english.
that being said to those who complained about how hard the registration is , whats your excuse now ? =P
Dun be afraid to ask question about quest/ builds now with english being the main board language.
