  You will run, but it will be a slideshow most likely or it wont look pretty.

  I recommend HD4850/4870, best buy atm and will run on max. they cost around 300$

  You can always give it a try. I've heard of people playing on 7600 with acceptable detail settings.

  No you do not need a new card.

  You do however need a new game.
