Please Help with my brand new G15 LCD screen
So I just got my brand new G15 today and after about 3 hours of using it I could not alternate the LCD screens anymore. It was stuck on clock so I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled the software and its is still stuck on the clock screen and the button that used to alternate the screen doesnt do anything. Is the keybored faulty or something because I can not see it breaking after 3 hours of use?

I believe your g15 profiler needs to be reset it is in the system tray double left click and open it up to reset keyboard. Im not 100% sure of this so hopefully some more imputs will come.

My g15 auto switches to ev ery thing on its screen not sure what to tell you you might do a google search and see if the problem you have is listed

Yeah bud, sounds like you have the other options turned off. you have to go into your settings for it and turn on the other options in order for them to function. After resetting/updating the settings, try restarting the computer and see if it boots up with the new settings active.
As with all computer issues, it is worth checking to make sure you have the latest drivers. Go to the Logitech ebsite and download /install the latest drivers, whether you THINK you have them or not. After installing it SHOUL enter a setup program to make sure you have settings toggled to your desired preference.
I have the latest drivers and set everything to default then restarted and still nothing

Keyboard is probably faulty. You can get a replacement if its still under warranty. If the LCD is messed up, then there is a good chance other parts are messed up but you haven't realized it yet. Things like this can mess up from as little as some static discharge, especially if the build construction is poor.
