Amazon.com says WoW is to be released on Oct 15/2004

Amazon.ca says WoW is to be released on Nov 10/2004

Ebgames.com says WoW is to be released on Nov 15/2004

Go pre-order them

    Blizzard says.....oh wait, they haven't confirmed ANY of these dates.

    Pre-order from gamestop or ebgames and you will get it the first day it comes out.. sometimes earlier, but the servers won't be up so you lose.

    i would figure you could pre-order from whereever you want, you won't get it any sooner than blizzard releases it so it really doesn't matter.... blizzard said they were hoping for late 2004 but they didn't give a date which means it could easily be 2005 before it comes out. when blizzard annouces a date on the game then i will believe that date, before blizzard says so, all dates are just fantasy (and highly optomistic fantasy at that)

    I know that no release date unless said by Blizzard can be believed. I certainly don't believe it will make it October release at all, but Blizzard can surprise us.

    Anyway, this is just a tidbit of information from the Blizzard Press Tour in London.


    There is not going to be a worldwide release date, many it won't be released around the world at once. I believe US and Asia are schedule to be released at the same time. Then a few months after the game will be launched in Europe (It was hinted at that winter was the time frame for this release). So winter normally ranges from December to March, so were looking at anywhere from October to Janurary for a release date. Sure that dosen't really help, but just some information I thought I'd toss out there.

    There's supposed to be an Open Beta as well...which means there's no way in hell it's going to come out in October.  Regardless, I'd rather wait than have it come out and be buggy.

    Then again, the stress test was very low on bugs for a beta....very low.

    im just saying this game is way too good.  so i can't wait and i pre-order it.  this shall be the best mmorpg before the release of dark and light.

    It will start in december most likely christmas for US. Europe probably later.
