Burnout 3 is a blast, I picked it and SRS up on the same day. I like SRS for the customization and free riding all over town aspect, collecting the cars and all that. Although I still haven't gotten my finger on the physics of it, just CAN'T drive some of the cars.
Burnout 3 though is fun for whole other reasons, the crashes and takedowns. It's like they built a game around what most people considered the best part of racing games, the crashing. Even WAY back in the day, back when the Daytona USA sit-down racing arcade game first came out, me and my friends would go play it, one of us would always go the opposit direction and turn it into games of Chicken. It was a blast.
I haven't unlocked that many tracks or cars yet, I've been concentrating on the Crash Challenges, just finished the whole Crash Challenge World Tour last night, some of the most fun I've ever had in a driving game!

yeah burnout 3 rocks so hard....I been playing this game since the day it came out and I'm about 4 gold medals from completing the whole thing.....wait till you unlock the super cars or the f1 series...this game makes you actually feel like your driving at 200+ mph....for me this is the best driving game I've ever played.
