I wish I still had my FRAPS video of the Shadow Consortium Guild using the leveling exploit. I remember capturing them using the Gong exploit for around 15 minutes, and figured "Once they see this Zoticx guy cheating with his friends, they'll be banned"

Funcom didn't even give him a temporary suspension.
Even with all the screen shots provided, I would bet nothing happens to a single member of that guild. Funcom doesn't seem to care about REAL bans, like cheating, exploiting, or botting. They're more interested in temporarily suspending you for Rez-pad camping, or mass-ganking. And sadly, that isn't sarcasm.
Waiting for something fresh to arrive on the MMO scene...
Wow... Ebonlore sucks. Even after getting their hands slapped so harshly in the beginning, they pull this stuff? Then they try to blame people screenshotting stuff and making false posts?

These screenshots were not taken by me. Funcom has failed to take action against exploiters, so some person posted these on the Tyranny forums trying to put the heat on them. The moderators were going crazy trying to shut threads down with this information. I was able to copy the information rather quickly, which I put on my public forums.
They need to be taken to task for this. Such a shame. FunCom yet again disappoints. These guys are in the Tyranny forums chatting it up all smug that they did nothing wrong as well. They were banned from several other games prior to this. (just google EbonLore banned)

Sorry. If you are downloading a third party program to gain unfair advantage you should be banned on the first offense. There is so much cheating going on in this game it honestly isn't worth paying money to play it if you're playing the the rules and legit. If the first offense does not terminate your account immediately, then it only encourages people to play the odds.
As far as communication between factions go, I think DAoC were the first ones to get it right: You fight, you die (in my case), you deal with it and move on. Knowing that you couldn't communicate with your enemies just mades the PvP much better. The occasional emote, like bowing to your fallen enemy, really had a big impact on the fun factor.
I agree with that, brings back memories in WoW when I had /spit macroed, mind you I never would /spit a player who didn't do it to me first, well most of the time anyway :P! Players that I respected I would /bow too, and when I had an enemy in stunlock and was about to perform the finishing move I would /wave or /goodbye.
Ahhh good times. Communication between enemies is crap imo, detracts from the gameplay when some angry nerd mouths off at you for killing him.
So I finally got a reply to my email to Funcom about the pictures from Ebonlore cheating. This is the response I got.....

Meanwhile while these undisputable cheaters are still playing without even a suspension, some poor guy gets a suspension because he jumped on top of a wagon while being chased by the guards?!

There are free forums out there full of exploits ...
everything from soloing raid bosses, swimming underwater without drowning, never ending sprint, and gold dupes.
Hmm, look at this Youtube page. Full of videos of people doing speed hacks, super jump, teleport, etc. AoC is not very secure.

What about the people downloading the third party programs, soloing 24-man raid bosses, or cascading the lockout mechanism? They are still playing!
