There are some turn based mmos poping up these days, but i wanted to know if there are any good diablo style mmos worth playing.
I am trying magic world at the moment, it seems decent but it is lacking a lot of little things that make a good diverse mmo.
I would apprecieate any suggestions. nothing 2d side scroller like maplestory/grand chase however.

They're making Diablo 3, unless you mean you need your fix now.
In that case Hellgate London?

HGL, not worht the time or effort. I feel sorry for those that bought Lifetime Sub. With FSS gone way of teh Dodo. How long is it til the servers are turned off?..or at worst sit there with bugga all content added as it becomes some other gamign companies afterthought?
I am glad I didnt get Founders Sub to HGL, as I wouldnt be too happy with what has happened to FSS and teh games Future.
My suggestion, be patient and wait for D3, If Bliz do it right it wil roxxors as D2 did.
Cheers

Dungeon runners might be what you're looking for. I've never played it though.
With Mythos dead, Dungeon Runners is your best bet. It's a humorous setting, not dark and gritty like Diablo, but the gameplay is similar - fast-paced, click-to-move, killing lots of monsters, and bosses that explode like loot pinatas.
A basic account is free, so I'd say it's worth it. Premium accounts are cheap at five bucks a month.
from what it sounds like, the majority of dungeon runners is locked off if you dont actually go premium, IE the items which is hte mos timportant aspect.

Yeah, it's mostly item restrictions. You can't use the best two grades of item, if it's still like it was when I played. This was back when it was invite-only, though. But yeah, DR is probably your best choice. It's a cheap sub; drop a few bucks on it per month, get a quick fix of hack-and-slash here and there.
I didn't think DR was that good, though. Atmosphere kind of got to me. Try it, though. Won't hurt. Small install, F2P for however long you want.
Aside from DR, I don't know what to tell you. The most Diablo'ish gameplay atm, in the mmorpg space, ironically comes from the F2P games. But only one or two are actually that good, and the massive grind kills the fun eventually even for those. Most Western games are even worse, if it's hack-and-slash you want.
The death of Mythos kills your best option. I'd honestly say you're going to be waiting for Diablo 3 to really be satisfied.
diablo 3 is not going to be an mmo though.
best diablo style mmo I've played was redmoon. It's old, and grindy, but addictive.
DarkEden?
is there still an official redmoon server? or its all private servers already?
You could check out Skyblade. I have never played it but it looks like it resembles Diablos point and click gameplay along with some old school graphics. You never know what you'll get these days when it come to mmo's... you may be surprised.
If you do play, let me know what you think of it please.
