John McCain 8 Years Younger (This is HILARIOUS)!

v1c1v1c1 Member Posts: 29

Here is Fox News trying to make McCain look younger. Can Fox News be anymore bias? I mean at least try to disguise it. Hell, look at the second part of the video. I know all you republicans will try to get Fox News out of this by saying that they made a mistake. Seriously save the bull shit. I am tired of everyone saying the media is Obama biased. I know your all stubborn asses who never admit your wrong but come November you will eat your words.

Fox news is biased towards McCain.  Thats obvious.  Every other national news channel in the US is bias towards Obama.

All three news anchors follow Obama around the Middle East and Europe.  Something only a President would get, and not even every trip, only on rare occasions.  One network marginally siding with McCain vs virtually every other outlet siding with Obama.  Sorry, dude, you really have no legitimate beef here.

Ha? Every other network? PROVE IT!

Let's not commence to pointing out that every other news outlet in the country is completely biased in favor of Obama

Turn on your TV for three seconds, there is your proof.

The use of 8 year old video does not automatically = network wide conspiracy in favor of McCain. Lots of folks in this thread seem to jump to conclusions that will support their viewpoint.

Maybe someone at Fox just got lazy. The three network anchors following Obama like puppies, on the other hand, is a little more obvious.

Lazy? Ha! I knew someone would come up with a lame excuse as to why Fox news is so obviously biased. Nice try.

Please adress his other point as well if you want to be taken seriously by anybody on this forum...You can't just ignore something that huge just because it doesn't jive with your screwed up view on media bias.

Naw, Kelly O'Donnell from NBC is reporting every night from the McCain campaign. I know, I like to watch  her and think she's hot. Though I liked her hair as a short bob cut when she was working in southern California better.

She's definately better looking then Andrea Mitchell following Obama. But both are hotter then McCain.

Maybe we should have another thread on hot news reporters?

Ok here is an article that was released yesterday from the LA Times.

The Center for Media and Public Affairs at George Mason University, where researchers have tracked network news content for two decades, found that ABC, NBC and CBS were tougher on Obama than on Republican John McCain during the first six weeks of the general-election campaign.

You read it right: tougher on the Democrat.

During the evening news, the majority of statements from reporters and anchors on all three networks are neutral, the center found. And when network news people ventured opinions in recent weeks, 28% of the statements were positive for Obama and 72% negative.

Network reporting also tilted against McCain, but far less dramatically, with 43% of the statements positive and 57% negative, according to the Washington-based media center.

So here is another myth that everyone will lie to make you belive so you vote for McCain not the sleeper candiate but SLEEPING candiate.

LETS VOTE FOR A PRESIDENT WHO CANT USE A COMPUTER!

    Media=Experts in World Events/News/Politics

    Liberal Media Bias=DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am against opinions being dressed up as actual news or political coverage, but how the hell is someone who spends most of their days for most of their life heavily engaged in these kinds of things not supposed to form a personal opinion. When that opinion turns out to be heavily one-sided should't that tell us something? When those with all the money and all the power lost the ability to control the Media to the extent those like them had always enjoyed throughout history, they decided to take what was becoming obvious and damning, and play on the American People's unusually strong fear of being Duped by Duping the Shit out of them.

The same tactic that turns an unbelievable percentage of average blue collar Americans into an army of  lobbyist for Companies and Industries that spend their time thinking of new ways to screw the same Americans in the pursuit of even higher profits. It just doesn't make sense. Congress tells a company to cut its pollution by 20% in 15 years. This will cost the company possible 5% of their profits for 3-4 years and so they play their threat card. "If we are forced to do this it will force us to raise our prices." They still end up with an amazingly high profit margin even if they keep prices the same, but now they get to sit back with smirks on their faces as their army heads off to fight the war for them, the same people threating to raise prices on them.

I really did just want to make this more simple, but it is only fair to share my thoughts on why I consider myself a liberal and why I vote the way I do. These are my thought processes. If you are on the other side you can call them misguided and you can call them backwards, but you have to agree that in a scenario where Bob threatens to kill Susan because John is trying to help Susan, the bad guy is Bob not John.

So is this the equivalent of all the other news networks trying to make Obama look qualified for president?

Covering Obama does not mean they are biased in his favor. The anchors follow Obama everywhere because he is going to get them better ratings. People buy rags, so writers write what sells the most. McCain just happens to be dull and uninspiring.

Why does the media devote more time to Obama?

Obama travels to Germany and is greeted by a crowd of 200,000+ people, waiting to hear him give an amazing speech.

McCain travels to a barren oil field with 8 more old white dudes, slathered in sunscreen, wearing a ballcap, with a band-aid covering a recent biopsy.

    No-brainer?

Let me start by saying that MSNBC is in the democrats pocket, and I don't watch them for that reason alone. If I wanted a white washed version of actual events, to help rationalize what I already know is an appropriate course of action, I could simply make one up myself.

Now, are you seriously going to try and say that (fair and balanced) Fox News isn't pushing a republican agenda? Or, are you the type of person who needs help rationalizing your views. As a republican, your views are wrong either way, it's just more saddening if you need someone else to convince you they're right.

My TOP 5 moments in Fox News:

    5. Bill O'rielly gets owned by Highschool Kid ... Watch Here

    4. Geraldo Rivera exploits the racist-side of Bill O'rielly ... Watch Here

    3. Fox News Broadcasts Home Video During Live Broadcast ... Watch Here

    2. Fox News Uses 8-year-old footage to make McCain look younger :P ... (First Post by OP!)

    1. Fox News Female Anchor loves the Cock ... Watch Here

Most of what I don't get about Fox News is The O'rielly Factor. I mean, the host brings on people to talk to on his show and gets owned by them. ??? Durrrr...!!!
