I would like too see GnH's being made and made well but NOT by perpetual,I beta tested the game for them for many months and it was a shambles only for 1 day to log on and the forums where closed as was the game with not a single post or info from them, there is gratitude for you.
On a side note I am not even sure perpetual can even trade as a company,I dont know all the in's and out's but didnt they declare themselves bankrupt after GnH's folded changed there name and broke some laws by taking the STO title and thats why it was taken right back off them?
Not sure on the 2nd part of my post is 100% but I stick by the 1st part.
If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"
I beta tested Gods and Heroes for a short time as well. I thought it was still a long way off until they could think about releasing it, but I thought it still had a lot of potential. I hope someday this game will go back into development even if it isn't Perpetual.
Perpetual is no longer. My guess is the creditors ended up with the Gods and Heros game. Who knows if they will ever do anything with it.
Doubt it very much. ST is getting remade because it is a strong IP. Gods and Heroes had no traction and the game overall wasnt that exciting. It won't get picked up,

I dont know about that the ip for GnH's was strong enough, lets be honest the myths and legends from that era can be very exciting, who doesnt want to fight medusa?
It was badly made and the minion system didnt play out very well but I wouldnt rule out a game of this type being made in the future thats for sure.

I was also in the beta for Gods and Heroes, and yes, it wasn't a very good game. Basicly World of Warcraft in Rome, not very interesting, and the minion system was very poor.
It needed a lot of work, way to much.
I was very mad about the way they shut it down though, very poorly done.
