What's the BEST single card available currently, or one that's coming soon? Again I'm not looking for dual cards, just a single card. PCI Express.

4870x2 for ATI and the GTX 280 for Nvidia. The 4870x2 is a bit faster. Nvidia will have the 55nm versions out by fall which should be faster, run cooler (meaning it should overclock higher) and use less power. And there is a rumor that has the leaked specs of the GTX 350 series is in the works but no word on projected release date. No word if ATI has anything new soon.
