You are so wrong , I have played on Gustin from OB to C2 before changing to Teon and it was exactly the same thing bots everywhere the live player/bot ratio is the same, the only difference is servers like Gustin and Hindemith are dead, the people that play are the old alliances/clans , and they have been dominating those servers for the past 1.5 years. There might be some friction with the merge and some pvp going on, but the amount of players is no where near enough , choosing to play on a server other than Euro and/or Bartz just means your gonna end up in an empty server which is dominated completely by a small group of people.
Dont take my word for it, there is a simple test, create a human character on Teon, Bartz, Franz, and Phoenix and make your way to Giran Castle Town, and you can see the difference between well populated servers and an empty one.

Yes, but there are so many ways to grief farmers its like a culture that was formed along the years, you can for instance stun the healer, this will flag you but you wont go red as stun usually dont have enough power to kill a player unless your much higher lvl, you can "train" them by body pulling alot of mobs who are social with the ones they are killing once your near them they will cause more threat by hitting the social ones.

I play on Teon and I do think there was a bit of an exxageration, sure there are bots, every server has bots, you wont find a single "legit" server, Teon is usually targeted because it has the highest population hence is bound to have more ppl botting.
Like I said, I wouldn't really care about pve bots if it still was possible to find a levelling spot for small groups (IOP and BS are taken by 100s of AFK bots). What I really care about is that the two major allies X and ITT both use cheats and exploits in pvp on a regular basis and that NcSoft does not take any visible actions. I think I posted a link somewhere where you can watch it in a movie if you think I am talking about something that doesn't exist.
As far as ruining the economy, well the economy is pretty much "Set" in L2, we wont see any major changes in the near future like C2-C5 when farmers inflated the prices massively, high end equipment and materials are acquired through clan efforts and require coordination and organization that farmers simply dont have. Ill go as far as saying that some high end equipment as it is, unless you are part of a good clan/alliance you wont see it for many months to come no matter how many billions of adena you farm/buy illegally.
I am not sure if ppl like Defo (you know who that is if you play on Teon) that ebayed his new account including WM10 augmentation AM, scammed Valakas necklace ($1500+ alone at current adena prices) for several thousands of $$$ for instant hero status will have any problems with that.
As for the difficulty, I am not sure why farmers would lack the organisation. They have been doing the major Raid Bosses since forever even though they stopped lately since they can't beat the major cheater and exploiter allies anymore so just farm smaller bosses. In any case they should be able to get everything else done like a normal clan, too.
Not to mention that quite a few of the "top players" on Teon are farmers, but not chinese. Running 128 accounts at once gives you some nice extra income if you eg. live in a eastern country with low life costs. You think that's not true? Just go and ask them. They openly talk about it on gamechat because NcSoft won't take any actions anyway.

Watching your screen reminds me of how much fun I had training all those bot trains for extra adena (and for justice! :P). Loved it when I came into an area and all the bots were forcelogging because I got onto their black list. No way to do that anymore though since NcSoft removed the function from the game as you wrote above T.T

I just wonder if I really want to give NcSoft $150 to transfer my 5 characters. Guess I should make a level 1 char and give your server a visit to see how I like it.

If you live in the UK then you should roll Luna. The younger the server the better imo.
Teon is well-known for being a hardcore server in that it is overpopulated, particularly overrun with bots, and there is a huge amount of corruption among high-level players/clans/alliances.
The really nasty 3rd party tools (L2aim, etc) are stereotypically Russian, and they play on the Euro servers (especially Teon).
On the NA servers you really only see Walker and Superman.
