quick question about races n stuff, and can you talk to ppl from different faction?

I suppose for example Elfs and empire ppl can go help out in dwarf/greenskin in RvR/PvE zones and vice versa, but i havent really found anything on this.
How does it work? I guess order ppl should be able to play with other order ppl from a different race.
And can i chat with ppl from destruction if i am order, and the other way around? Or is it the same lame thing as in DAoC and WoW where you are basicly sepperated from one half of the server and the opposing players are more like mobs with weird AI?

Order can communicate with order not destruction and vice versa, the reason for this is aside from lore, I would rather not hear some idiot gank me, and then tea bag me trying to talk smack. So luckily no you can not talk to people of the other faction but you can talk to races of your own faction.
Pretty much all the WAR naysayers ARE NOT PVP'ers, but rather everquest fairy boys who can't wait for their NEW HAIRSTYLES and DANCES, that they can show off to the opposing faction as they hold hands and sing cumbayah in Dalaran inbetween killing boars and 30 of everything for Nessingwary for the THIRD straight time.

I believe at one point in WoW's beta, opposing factions were able to speak to and understand each other. They took out this feature which makes a lot of sense because people were just talking shit to each other the whole time. Now take a game like WAR which is based on RVR and you would have even MORE trash talking. Besides...what are forums for??
Yes you're right it used to be that undead could speak common wich though logicaly it made sense, undead would frequently use /1 to lure people away from towns and gank them wich is what forced blizzard to change that.
edit: Err, I should clarify I guess, I am not 100% sure about that, but I heard it at one point so don't take the above as a true fact.

I remember in the first few months of WoW u could 1337 speek in shout and ppl were still trash talking .

Ah thats to bad.
It makes the game feel a little bit uninvolved when you can't talk to the enemy, like you've just killed an NPC instead of a player. I love these little tells after a kill or death, even more if they involve smack talk. I smkck talk myself if I'm in a bad mood and just been killed.

thats lame, the only good thing about AoC was the trash talking.
