Hey, we're the Riders on the Storm, a U.S Order RvR guild for the upcoming MMO Warhammer Age of Reckoning Of course. So we are still disputed about our server but right now it's looking like Core. This may be subject to change, but probably not. We're accepting players of all Ages and MMO experiences. If you are interested, sign up for the forums here: www.stormriders.co.nr , which are currently still being added onto as we get more people. Right now we have an application system, HOWEVER, we were previously planning to be RP so it does have backstory, so ignore any posts you see on the forums, as it is no longer nessesary to post an application, and will not be for quite some time.
A few things about us. We are accepting players of all ages, however we expect maturity, from everyone. We'll have none of that drama, because MMOs are not the place for it. Also, we do have ambitions, BUT we are not in anyway "elitest". Our intent is to build up a group of good friends, just as the guild started. While we accept the "casual player" as well as the "hardcore player" our main intent is to do the end game RvR, with a focus on Open World (note that this has nothing to do with the name of the Open RvR servers as we have decided that the best way to experience RvR is without interference in other aspect of the game, as we abhor griefing, as well as the "carebear" mentality of not wanting to do anything or get up in the thick of battle). This means, at level 40, capturing keeps and open world objectives, and having city sacks, both on the offense in the Invevitable City and the defense in Altdorf. Right now we are looking for around 18 good strong close players until 40, at the least. Pretty much our goal as a guild is to have a mature friendly enviornment that's going to take no prisoners in RvR, and most importantly, have a lot of fun !
Of course every guild needs people so about 24 people we will add in an application system. If all goes to plan we should hit the sweet spot of guild members and balance. Also if you don't know what class you're going to be right now, that's fine too, as long as you roll Order.
I look forward to seeing anyone who decides they're in
/salute
Pretty much all the WAR naysayers ARE NOT PVP'ers, but rather everquest fairy boys who can't wait for their NEW HAIRSTYLES and DANCES, that they can show off to the opposing faction as they hold hands and sing cumbayah in Dalaran inbetween killing boars and 30 of everything for Nessingwary for the THIRD straight time.
