Where did you order from? I already have my codes and I ordered from Amzon.com. I got them as soon as I ordered. I have heard EB had a lot of problems as some Stores gave thier codes away to anyone asked.

Received mine a while back. Already applied them to beta application and such. Depending on how long ago you ordered yours, you should've received your key already. I realize that each vendor may have their own method of delivering the key to you, but if you've been waiting for over a month or so then you need to contact the vendor.
(I believe this is the same type of reply many others have made to the others who have posted a similar ? on here.)
You should also review WAR's official site. There is information there about preOrders.

Send a email to whoever you ordered from and included the order code thing and ask for the keys.

Same, waiting for mine from EA Store. I will email them this evening. It's been about a week and a half since I ordered.

I ordered my copy from Gamestop...got the standard edition on Sunday the 2nd of Aug at 1:30ish AM. Got my codes plus codes for head start and bonus item on Monday the 3rd of Aug at 1:57 PM.
I ordered the CE preorder from Best Buy a couple months ago and they told me they'd send them Aug. 17th..
Not sure why it takes so long, but considering Best Buy is listed on Mythics main site as one of the sources for preorders, you'd think they'd have it worked out better.

, I was the first one to pre-order the standard edition.
Currently restarting World of Warcraft
CE/SE has zero barring on the Pre-order, Pre-Order is just that and the type of game you bought does not effect Pre-Order stuff at all.
If you contacted EA Store about your pre-order keys how did you do it?
When I attempted to contact support you are taken to a page with pull down menus and Warhammer is not listed under PC games. You can't continue without putting something in the field. I just put a random game and in the message field at the bottom I put brackets saying there is no warhammer listed to contact support.
If anyone had success contacting EA Store support could you post how you did it?

I originally ordered the CE with EA Store 10 days ago, didn't receive any codes. They listed the time to receive them as 3-10 days. I sent them an E-mail today(put it under crysis in the hopes of it being forwarded), and will hopefully receive a response soon. I also ordered the standard edition with gamestop today, for $50 instead of $75, and will likely cancel my EA Store order when I receive my gamestop pre-order codes.
Well I got a reply from EA Store about the codes...
"Thank you for your interest with Warhammer Online. Warhammer codes will be provided before Open Beta begins. If you have not received a code yet, please wait until the beta begins to see if you have received your code. If you do not have a code by then, please let us know"
Guess I have to wait.

Well you really weren't supposed to be able to pre-order the game a week ago.
I don't remember when they stopped taking pre-orders on the EA store (I think 14th, or 18th), so who knows if you'll get your keys, they had shut down the pre-orders, yet some people still were able to pre-order.
So we'll see what goes down.

I also ordered from the EA Store and have not yet received my codes.
When I tried to contact them, I ran into that same problem of the mandatory "game" field that does not have Warhammer listed.
Glad to hear you heard from them and I hope we have our codes soon.

Please be assured that, Warhammer codes will be provided before Open Beta begins. If you have not received a code yet after placing your order, please wait until the beta begins to see if you have received your code. If you still do not have a code by then, please be free to contact us back.
For your reference, open beta will begin shortly before launch of the game, which is currently slated for Fall of 2008. Please keep an eye on the Warhammer Herald (herald.warhammeronline.com ) for more information as it becomes available. "
That's really good news.
I will wait for Open Beta to begin and if I have not received the codes, I will contact them.
Hopefully by that time they will have updated their gamelist to include Warhammer, but if they have not, I will just do what you did and pick any old game to log the query with and then explain about Warhammer.

you can enter your beta codes on aug 15th i think.OB begins a little bit after that.so no, OB does not start this week.I dont recall ever seeing that anywhere legit.Person just made it up it seems.
Well, I pre-ordered from Amazon.com and haven't gotten jack... only an order confirmation e-mail? Anyone else pre-order from Amazon.com?
I ordered on Amazon 30 minutes ago and have my codes. Go back to amazon and view your order then click on the "Amazon's Media Library" link that is under the advertisement for the "Pre-Order and get two bonus codes" Box at the middle of the screen. Once in there select go to the "downloads" tab and select "bonus items" then you should see your codes.
Got it... thanks! I was waiting for an e-mail containing the codes!
