To my undrestanding people who pre order the game get in to open beta. I was hearing some argument about this and why like this. I was wondering maybe because they planing to not wipe the charecters after open beta. this way they know the people who will playing the game at release will be in open beta so if everything goes as plan they won't wipe charecters. pre order head start/open beta test two in one... Ofcourse this is not a FACT, nor I'm part of any WAR development. what everybody think?

beta WILL BE WIPED! over and over and over they have said this. the only advantage preorders will have is the headstart, which is going to be very short. there is no chance they won't wipe beta.
Everything creates huge amounts of negativity on the internet, that's what the internet is for: Negativity, porn and lolcats.
can u link us where they said they wipe?
Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?
Final Fantasy 7
I sure they will be running more than one open beta server. There were 60k CE and plus now standard editions get in too thats alot of people. I sure they will wipe the servers once open beta is over to use them as game servers for launch.
There will definetly be a complete beta wipe. It'd be ridiculous to let people keep their beta characters..
Waiting for Fallen Earth, World of Darkness, Old Republic, FFXIV
How many links do you really need? Just the news from this week, you will find if. If you are too lazy, then take our word on it. Beta characters will be wiped.

I agree. I wouldn't want people keeping their beta characters. Beta is for testing things out not for building your character.
Oh, and of course they're wiped after an open beta when servers go live. Only the head start is kept because that IS live, just a couple days earlier
Just trust us.
They will absolutely definitely wipe.
You may be getting confused between OB and the head start..
Maybe They would keep beta Toons, on a test server. Seems like vanguard did that, I think.
Sorry guys. I have seen an official post just from yesterday saying open beta characters would be wiped.
just goto preorder site -- spells it out (as has already been posted)

EQ2 fan sites
Apparently people are missing this. Read the green text I highlighted.
So if you didnt preorder you cant get into open beta, is that correct?
cause normaly open beta means anyone can play it right ?
I've always understood 'open' beta to mean anyone in it is free to talk about anything and everything they experience, take screenshots, movies, etc. I have no idea if non pre-orders will be able to get in though.
Who cares if they wipe OB toons?. It's still gonna be fun just being able to play it.
In my opinion at least after OB ill know if i want to roll something different or stay the same career.
Fileplanet has been hinting that they will have beta keys for Warhammer open beta. I'm sure they will require a subscription though, which last I checked was like 7 bucks. I'm also sure that the keys will be limited in number.
Any other open beta I have been in wiped the beta once the game went retail. Why shouldn't this one?
