Death Squad - An Australian 'Destruction' guild

Welcome!



Death Squad is a fairly new guild that will try to be a guild that feels more like a family than a bunch of strangers that you play with every night, formed earlier this year, Death Squad was created with ‘Friendship, Trust, Unity’ in mind at all times, here is a little bit of information about us:



Age Requirement – Death Squad members must have been on this earth for 18 years or more, there are VERY little exceptions to this rule, unfortunately.



Character Level – At this time there is no minimum level that you need to achieve in order to join our guild, but as we quickly progress through the levels, the minimum level requirement will be going up, to the point when you will need to be level 35+ in order to be considered.



Character Class – As the Guild Master and Officers have not decided for a perfect number of characters/members we want, I have decided to put a maximum member/character limit to FIVE (5) members per ONE (1) class, this means, that if we end up having ALL our classes spots filled to the max, the guild should be maxed out at 50 members in the guild. (NOTE: as a member, you have to play in the guild with your main character, and any guild events must be attended by your main character, you are allowed to have Alt’s in the guild though.)



Time Zone – The main time zone that the guild will be focusing on will be in the GMT 10+ area, but of course, players that are in GMT 8+ -> GMT 11+ are also welcome to apply, this is mainly because we would like to have members in the guild to be close to each other, as ‘Guild Events’ will/might be planned, having guild members that are friends outside the game only promotes teamwork and friendship, its always nice to go down to the pub for a drink with the healer that saved your life in last nights raid! J



Personality – Death Squad is all about mature gamers coming together to enjoy an online game, we will not, at any time, tolerate the following players in our guild:



 

• Drama Queens
• Grievers
• Players with a short attention span
• Guild Hoppers

We do not want to have a bad reputation on our chosen server and members will be monitored, especially new members, for this sort of behavior, depending on the severity we will either give you a first and final warning, or kick you from the guild all together. “Guild Hoppers” will be recorded and their name will be shared among our guild allies. Keep in mind that being a mature and friendly guild member will benefit you and everyone else around you on more levels than you would have thought.



Game Style – Death Squad is, and forever will be, an all-round guild, we of course, are looking to make up a ‘Hardcore’ chapter in the guild, this chapter will be for people that can commit at least 30+ hours a week into the game, they will be racing to hit level 40 as fast as possible, and once we have a fair amount of members in that category, they will start to raid/RvR a lot, at least 3 times a week. Raid times have not been formalized, but are predicted to be around 7.30PM to 11.00PM.



Of course joining Death Squad does not mean you need to be so committed in the guild, as join into the ‘Casual’ chapter of the guild means that you do not have as heavy requirements to uphold, as a Casual member of the guild, you only need to be involved with the guild for about 5 hours a week, and attending Guild Events would really be appreciated.
