For some reason posting this pic to wow-europe will get your post deleted, which is ironic as there is no exploit doing this just using new RAF accounts and it was obvious that this how these bonus levels were going to be used.

Your eyes are terrible. Do research on new recruit a friend system. You can do this faster than 2h if you do it right. All chars are legit found on stormreaver realm, just search /who neuv and you get various kauppaneuvos chars
Here is quete from kauppaneuvos explaining you can basicly do this and get couple min /played if you did it right and leveled char to 99% in level before using free levels
From Kaüppaneuvos, Kauppaneuvös etc.
21:33 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> First of all, my character is in Stormreaver-eu, you can log in and check it. Second, i did this using RAF. I got 4 accounts and its correct that you can get 60 faster than i did" 21:34 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> "I multiboxed 3 shamans to 60. Lets call my accounts A B C D" 21:34 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> D is linked to C, C is linked to B and B is veteran. I Did run isntances that my A account boosted RFC , SFK, SM and straholme 21:35 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> So, when i reached 60 with all characters, i would have been able to level up my newest char up to 60 in 3min. 21:35 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> If my accoutns would have been linked CD > B instead of D>C>B 21:36 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> So i got 2horus played because i had to create new character to account B, leveld it manually to 15. Then i granted 30 levels to my new character in account C (acc D granted) 21:36 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> So then i had 60 and 30 characters in account C. That means 45 level ups 21:37 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> I granted those levels to my character in accoutn B , first that 30 granted. Then 60. All the way up to 59 21:37 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> And trick how to do 59 fast is that When you are in ur starting zone, grind mobs so you got 90% of exp bar, it stays every time you get level upped. Didnt know that either so i had to turn clothes to capitals" 21:38 | <<Kauppaneuvos>> "So if done correctly, you can instantly get level 59 and 99% of exp bar done, just turn in one quest and Voila, you are 60l /Played 3min
Whats this recruit a friend thing and how did you get free levels?Like it wasnt easy enough now you get free levels?Ive never heard of this before although i havnt played in a couple years.Someone care to explain?
Question: I recently recruited 2 new friends to the game. When is the starting/cut off for the new benefits?
Answer: In order to receive the benefits at present, you must use the new Recruit-A-Friend system. The benefits are not presently being applied retroactively.
Question: If I invite my friend, and they level to 60, does that mean I have a free 30 levels to gain? Or do these charges not stack? If my friend levels to 60, does that mean i can use the auto level ups all the way to 59?
Answer: Recruit-A-Friend trial characters (continuing even after upgraded) will receive 1 free level for every 2 levels gained up until 70. This means, a "trial" character may successfully give away 35 levels. These levels may be stored up to 90 days, when the Recruit-A-Friend benefits expire. With this, you may give all 35 levels away at once—all to one character, or to multiple different characters. A character may receive gifted levels up to level 60. The (trial) character cannot grant a level to a (veteran) character equal to or higher than their own level. In order for your level 51 (n) shaman to receive a free level, the trial character must be at least 52 (n + 1). Provided levels cease at 60.
Question: Lets say, I recruit a friend and he puts in a 60 day subscription (30$) which is 2 months. Will I receive my mount and such at that time point?
Answer: Should an account immediately subscribe for 3 months or 6 months recurring, the veteran account will be eligible. Should an account upgrade and not immediately subscribe, or subscribe for 1 month recurring, the veteran account will be eligible after the trial account is active for 60 days.
Question: If I refer two accounts with my level 70 character on a veteran account, then group with the two level 1 characters on the new accounts, would they still receive the experience bonus?
Answer:Experience would be mitigated by the presence of a higher level character; however, the mitigated experience would be tripled due to the link. Remember, if one of the linked characters is lower than the other, only the lower level one will receive the XP boost.
Question: Does the XP gain continue through level 70?
Answer: Stops at level 60.
Question: I recruited a friend, but it's not showing up on my Account Management page! What's going on?
Answer: It may take a few moments for your Account Management page to reflect the trial's activation. Make sure that your friend actually used the referral you sent rather than one of the free trials we offer online. If you have any further questions on this, please contact Billing & Account Services.
Question: Can I recruit myself?
Answer: You are absolutely welcome to do so!
Question: Will I receive the benefits if the characters are on opposing factions?
Answer: Should your trial-friend upgrade and remain active for 60 days (or subscribe immediately for 3 months or 6 months recurring), your veteran account will be eligible for a mount regardless of factional difference. Levels cannot presently be gifted cross-faction.
Question: I know it's been said that this offer does not work retroactively. I used the Recruit-a-friend system to create two new accounts no less than 6 days ago. Right now it says that my main account and the two new accounts are linked. Does that mean that I will receive these new benefits, or is it a display error?
Answer: Confirming this presently! For those of you who referred a friend in the last week, can you please let me know? By this, I mean can you provide me the name and realm of any character on the veteran account?
Question: If I use the Recruit-A-Friend, set up the 3-month recurring subscription, then immediately cancel it, do I still get the benefits?
Answer: The account is still considered "active" so long as a subscription is...well, active. So, yes.
Question: If I recruit myself and then transfer a character onto the new account (following all the existing rules and limitations for character transfers of course), will that character be eligible for the recruit-a-friend bonuses?
Answer: Yes
Question: Does your veteran account have to present to get the XP bonus's
Answer: You have to be partied with the linked account in order to receive the experience bonus
Question: Is it a level 60 "epic" mount or the standard level 30 mount?
Answer: It's an epic mount. You need possess Journeyman Riding Skill in order to use it.
Question: Lets say I recruit 2 friends using the recruit a friend option. If I were to group with the 2 friends I recruited, would we all gain triple the experience?
Answer: Should all three of you be of the same level? Yes. Should either one of your characters be lower than the other, only the lowest of the bunch would gain the added bonus. Also, your veteran account would be the key to the boosted experience gain.
Question: On the bonus exp, if we're partied, but in different zones, we won't get the bonus killing exp, but do we get bonus QUEST turn in exp?
Answer: No, only when you are partied with a character on the linked account and both players are present when slaying the monster or completing the quest.
Question: Is the experience buff only given to one pair of characters, or to both whole accounts?
Answer: Benefits are account-wide, to all characters that meet the provided requisites.
thats so funny seeing the WOW fanboys claim this is fake or a private server or photo shopped. sorry guys, WoW pretty much sold out with this most recent thing, its still a fine game, but wow!
Everything creates huge amounts of negativity on the internet, that's what the internet is for: Negativity, porn and lolcats.
Ok, so if i read it correctly, if you (your "friend") level two chars to 60, using the friend system thingie (that is alrady 3x faster then normal), you can get insta-60 with one of your own chars.
Oh lol....
Yeah, what's next? Hey! Buy a Big Mac, get full Epic gear!

need 3 accts for instant 60, but yes
- 2 high level trial accts are needed to give the veteran account 60 levels

I'm missing something you levled in 2 hours becuase you recruited your own accounts as a friend? and were given bonuses for it? wouldn't you have to count the time playing theother toons that levelled? and as old and populated as wow is with high levels I don't see it as a really big deal heck they may as well sell boxes with level 70 already in em at this point.
but yeah, to call this game Fantastic is like calling Twilight the Godfather of vampire movies....

Mathematically impossible, you have still the newbie gear, so it all smells of a sort of bug/exploit, yes.
