got my pre-order but no code for armlet of atys offer?

ok i pre-ordered from ebgames. it was actaully supposed to ship today so i dunno whats going on there. the thing is i never got a code for the the armlet of Atys that was supposed to come in the shipping conformation e-mail which i also never got. i have sent an e-mail asking whats going on to EBgames.com but it could be a while before i hear anything from them. so, has anyone else who pre-ordered through EBgames have this problem? i am not even sure where i am supposed to put in this code so i am not sure i should sign up until i get a reply to my e-mail.
