why stuck at 99%?

i have been stuck at 99% for 3 hrs and says still downloading 5 minutes left whole time on beta download. I see a setup in folder but some files say not finished, should i run setup and see?

what the hell still 99%, i might of hit patch thing while it was downloading hope it didn't mess it up
Do a file check. If using Utorrent stop the download and right click and click force re-check. Not sure if that will help or not.

That was the case for me as well. I also use bitcomet. Personally I think they rigged bitcomet to do that. The file was 9.33gigs, yet it said I had downloaded 9.6+ gigs (wtf?). Anyway, just stop the dl and run the setup file to install, then patch. And perhaps consider switched to a different bit torrent client.
The reason you've downloaded more than the size of the file is because of failed hash checks. The torrent program basicly makes checks of the files your downloading, if they're corrupt it has to redownload them, so you end up downloading some things multiple times, thus going over the actualy size of the download.
I'm at 99.2% and I'm about .5 gigs over the actualy size for what I've downloaded so far.

i got it fixed, and got in for literally 20 secs before server went down lol. I waited all day then spent 7 hrs fixing torrent then this happens. My dad comes in town friday and I wont be able to play all weekend so tomorrow night is my only time till monday.
