Where do you suddenly all get into beta?

Stupid question maybe, but it seems everyone suddenly gets into beta. Did I miss something? I kinda applied to beta... well years ago, and didnt see or hear anything. Maybe living in Europe we dont get betas here?? I thought a kind of open beta would start, the War-Europe doesnt say anything substantial about it.
Or maybe they will start some open beta for Fileplanet members?? Anyone knows?
After half a dozen failed MMOs in the last 24 months it's no try no buy for me now.
EDIT: Its one of those reasons I have a dislike towards companies without official forums. I know there is always danger of flamewars, but it is way easier to find solid info and finding a place to go and ask with official forums. For me its one of those "must haves" in any term of customer respect. But thats just another topic.

Do you have CE pre order? well then you can enter the codes at war-europe.com tomorrow. don't you have anything but registered, little chance for you to get into beta
i just watched a thing on g4 around that. there were 84 thousand apps. they let roughly 15 thousand in and another 24 thousand recently. don't worry i didn't get in either
Sigh, I suspected so. It's not Mythics fault, I know, but after Tabula Rasa, Vancrap, Age of Conan, PotBS and all the other halfassed MMOs I failed to see how mediocre they were in time, I am NOT going to shove money into any company blindly again. No sir.
Well actually Pre-Order doesnt really cost any money. Your pre-order goes toward the final purchase, which you can return later if you dont like it and didnt open your box.
If you pre-order on Amazon, they dont even charge your card until the product is shipped... so you can cancel before the ship date, but you get your code as soon as you check out
