How would you replicate BATMAN?

Hi, I am wondering how one would replicate Batman in CoH...I know you cant make an exact replica, which is good, (copyright and all) but how would you do it?
I would assume he would be a technology scrapper, with dark melee as his primary and will power as a secondary?
For the epic power I would think the one that has the exploding shuriken and stuff.
For costume options i would go with one of the techish looking chests or maybe the chitin chest...the get the spines for the gloves...the helmet might be difficult but still doable....
Have there been any new "batmen" running around CoX lately? I remember seeing alot of Wolverines when the game launched...and tons of MR America, Canada and Soviet Union....never saw a Union Jack though.
Anyway, any suggestions?

Dark/Dark/Body scrapper. I'd go Dark armor rather than willpower. With the built in fear and stealth effects, it seems made for that sort of purpose.
It's true you don't really get the Utility Belt represented, but you could probably simulate that with an array of Temp Powers.

In CoV I'd probably go with a Martial Arts/Ninjitsu Stalker. Really, the costume is the easiest part to replicate.
CoH side, I'd probably go Martial Arts/Super Reflexes, and then pick up boxing, maybe the presence pool for the fear effects, and maybe some super-leaping to simulate the grappling hook/ gliding thing that he has going on, although if you went with flight you could get the extra hand to hand attack for more flavour.
Or just make up your own guy, as an homage to Batman.
Like how they did the Batman in the future thing, where he mentored a kid with a special armour suit. So you know Bruce Wayne and was his sidekick, but now you are doing your own thing. so you have some batman-like motif/capabilities but you are your own thing instead of a cheap knock off.
no no. i big no. that will take the city like theme of the game. japanese concepts it too lame for this.
