amazon pre-order weirdness

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

for some reason my pre-ordered CE has vanished from all history expt for the order in my email

anyone have any problems with them?

or was there like a reconfirmation email they mass sent out that i didn't get?

anyone who ordered by them know?

at least i got into Closed beta with the one code i could enter at the time...

    Did they put it in the "Media Library" Downloads>ALL ? In your amazon.com account.

    Not sure about the CE. I had it where I didn't get a key on SE, but that got taken care of. I've built account etc. Found out i get to be in the Pre-view as well.

    A friend just put in his codes, and did not get the preview. Must be beyond the 50k users to register SE.

    Sorry, guess I'm not much help.

    I printed mine out a while back. I was able to input my codes in.

    Played : WOW, LOTRO, COH/COV, EQ2, SWG, and WAR.
    Playing EVE Online and AOC.
    Wtg for SW:TOR and WOD

    Amazon didnt send you any codes, but it is in the Media Library, downloads section.  WHY its there, instead of an expected email, I am not certain.

    If you cannot locate it, then just send a help message to them, they should respond in a day or so.

    He's not talking about the codes you guys, learn to read.  He's talking about the order for the game itself gone missing, if I do not misunderstand.

    If any changes were made to the item or to your order, you have to re-confirm. Check your inbox spam filters.

    I checked my Amazon ce preorder and its still there.  Unfortunately my preoder said delivery date 10-1.  I have emailed that this is an incorrect date with no luck.

    and it was my game order itself that vanished plus the codes

    just wondering if this happened to anyone else.... i guess not

    Sounds to me like something did change the status of your order but you somehow missed the confirmation email. Unfortunately I think it's way too late to get another CE. :(

    This pre-order weirdness is most likely due to Amazon having too many orders to handle. Thus, they're "losing track" of some, in hopes that less vigilant customers will have to place their orders again.

    Ah, modern business practices.

    Also, that 10-1 delivery date is probably spot-on. I bet 150,000 people pre-ordered WAR from them, and there's no way they'll be shipping them all out on the exact same day.
