male/female locked classes?

Please tell me ill be able to choose a male mage, im really fed up with downloading games only to find that my class of choice is female only.
Well, are the classes/races sex locked or can you choose any race/class to be male or female?
From the website it looks like it is, but you can never tell.

You will. Only the Untamed race has locked genders in regards to the classes. Barbarian is male only while Venomancer is female only. Both Human and Wing Elf races have both genders available.
meh...talk about a lack of character customization. It means i will be locked into just a few classes, as i cant stand playing a female char. So glad i found this out before downloading.
Huh? Unless you're regarding the number of classes in general, then I'm confused. Five out of the six classes have the option of being male- Human Blademaster, Human Wizard, Untamed Barbarian, Wing Elf Archer, and Wing Elf Cleric. Untamed Venomancer is the only class that is female only.
it was late and you post kinda confused me. Im glad the mage isnt sex locked, but still..i dont get why they just dont make every class male and female....its like they just decided it would cut development time in half, at the expense of character customizating and uniqueness. At least they only did it with one class, and honetly it didnt appeal to me at all so i guess ill try this game out.
That has nothing to do with development time, it probably has to do with immersion / lore. It does not take any time to create a char for both genders except for animation rendering.
well that and they have to create both male and female armors for each class when they dont sex lock the clases, double to the development time. its my guess why so many f2p korean games chose to chose male or female for you, so they dont have to spend that extra bit of time creating extra armor sets, so they can rush the game to open beta and open the cash shop. its not a big deal really, cant expect too much from a cash shop game, just i refuse to play one that limits gameplay.
no worries this game only limits one class and that class doesnt even appeal to me, im good.
It should appeal to you. In the PW-MY version it's one of the best classes to lvl fast and have cool powers like combat pets.
