A Problem Connecting

Hello everyone,

I was looking into playing DDO, do I downloaded the trial in hopes of something good.  I completed the download and installation, but for some reason, it just won't connect.  It just keeps retryign but fails immediately.  I don't understand though, since my internet connection is working fine..

Does anyone know what to do?

    Scheduled Server Downtime: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) Wednesday, August 20th

    The DDO Game Servers will be brought down on Wednesday, August 20th  from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) for a patch to the game (patch release notes coming soon). Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!

     

     

     

    I think maybe that is it. Don't give up yet! Try it when the servers come back up.
