Hello,
I left DDO some time after launch not because I didn't like it but because I didn't had 3hours in a row to do any high level dungeons.
I'm considering making a return but I wonder, is it possible to play and level with 1 hour sessions, and once in a while maybe 3 hours ones?
As a note my main is a Cleric and last time I played I spent my time using wands and wands...

in short, yes.
Most dungeon/quests seem to be around the 30-45 minute mark in length. While there are those quests which take closer to 60-90 minutes to complete it's largely related to the experiance of the group running the content. A quest that could take you 3 hours could possibly take a group 30 minutes if they're good.
I believe that 60 minutes of game time is adequet to complete 1 dungeon if not 2. As said, mileage may vary.
I'd say it is very possible to level and play a few dungeons with only an hours time. The harbor is full of short dungeons with the longest being Water Works.
There is also the new open areas where you can go in and do as much as you like and it will keep your counts for when you go back in there.
In the Marketplace lvl 5 and up is also full of short dungeon quests. I think the "proof is poison" if I have the quest name right is the longest one in there or maybe STK. This zone also has an entrance to an open area which you can spend as much time in as well.
A lot of the PUGs I do there was always someone coming and going. So your not the only one with limited time to play. Kind of reminds me of CoX where after every mission someone leaves, which isn't a problem.
You might look into "static groups" I think that was the term where you schedule to play a certain time each week with a group of people. Since your looking to only play about 1 hour sessions you may meet some great people but next time you log in they will probably be a few levels above you. I think static grouping or a good guild is something I think would enhance your experience with the game. Otherwise you're going to be PUGing all the time.
Hopefully someone will chime in with better advice. Goodluck!

Thanks for the answer, my question was more towards higher levels 9-12...
You did I'm sorry. My highest is 10 and there are a few house quests that I did in under an hour. I believe the dungeons in the necropolis are also doable in about an hour.
You might could do Delera's Tomb in under an hour if you got a good group and done it a few times to know where everything is.
Sorry for not reading your question closer.
