Need help with the download of the game

I bought the collector's edition and i have all 3 codes, but when i read the newsletter i didn't really understand what i have to do to download the game. Can the EU players download the game from fileplanet? If yes pls explain me what i have to do because i tried almost everything!!

It says that u need a key to download, which key do i use there ??
The pre-order key I believe. Just try them all.
open beta key.
I used both open beta and live game head start keys and still invalid...Do i have to use the key in any other place to give me an other key to download the game?
