Now I continue to write and Huggins says he does not go off of MSN logs or 3rd party programs to ban someone, yet he posts an MSN log in the ticket. Now how does a GM have a players MSN log? Easily adding players to his MSN for some mega favoritism.

Codemasters are F**king awful. The US tech support is way better.

Just so anyone reading it is perfectly clear, Codemasters has no role in LOTRO. None. They did not develop any part of the code, they did nothing at all for this game, and this is blatently posted in the wrong forum.

Couldn't agree more with the topic title, this coming from the RF Online side of things. Their GM support is bad (I never saw instances of screenshots like that though, that's horrible), RFO hasn't had an event in a year pretty much (not counting the 1 "event" where they showed off some pretty weapons we won't get for a long time), hasn't given us any sort of news of a patch in 3 months, and continues to close topics that badmouth them. The general section of RF has half the front page littered with topics relating to CM and their incompetence, it's pretty pathetic.
Such a shame too, I used to respect them as a company to the highest degree until they started with this BS for the last year.
I think it's important that people read these topics in the general section, if we can get at least 1 person to not play a CM MMO game (feel free to play their offline games though, totally different division), then this topic was a success.
I didnt realize anyone actually played any codemaster game still, since archlord was a terrible game on launch.
on another note, Why do people censor tehmselves, last time i checked the forum does allow you to say fuck.

This is completely unrelated to their online games, but I've always disliked Codemasters because they charge money for cheats for their console games (and I guess PC games). Rather than including them for free, like other companies.
Basically they tie the game into your console, and it gives you a code. You give them the code + some money, and they give you the cheat codes.

RF Online is a Korean game. What did you expected? A publisher would take over the job of developers?
that is ridiculous. Being a SWG vet i would say codemasters is worse then SOE. As far as Customer service and developing a MMOG go, do they even have a succesfull mmo? Where do they gain a profit?

From cash shops and RL money traders that CM swears it dosn't support but fails to ban, the 200 or so bots shouting game gold prices every day should be a clue as to who is paying money to CM.
RF Online is a Korean game. What did you expected? A publisher would take over the job of developers?
GM Support, Events, and keeping us updated on patch information has NOTHING to do with the developers and it has EVERYTHING to do with the publisher. Yes in RFO there are things that the developers have made extremely poor judgements and have shown to neglect versions other than the korean version, that is the developers fault and they definitely deserve some of the blame, HOWEVER, there are so many things that CM could do but they refuse to do, like hosting a damn event, ramping up their GM support, giving us information every now and then.
