Anyone preorder thru D2D-- please help

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

If you preordered thru D2D and have actually be able to preload the game please let me know.  They are advertising a preload but I don't know if that has started yet?  Does anyone know for sure and if you have downloaded it, how?  After the purchase I have a download button but it does not do anything.  :)

Thanks in advance for any help.  Of course their customer support has been no help at all.

    You don't download from d2d, you go to WAR website and click on the post about SEpt 7th Open Beta. From there there is a link to fileplanet.com that will direct you to WAR beta. You put in your open beta key then you download the game from there. For awhile I thought you download through d2drive too, but you actually don't. Hope this helps

    Why'd you preorder from Direct 2 Drive? I don't think they give any in-game benefits.

    You need to download from Fileplanet. your information should be in the email you received from D2D.
