Yes, dude, you can make a fully black character. I have a Human Warlock alt who just so happens to be black. I also have a Night Elf Hunter that has extremely dark skin... if there was a "black" subset of Night Elf, he'd be one of them.
You should really get the facts before starting a thread like this.
There are two main reasons, I think, why you can't make your human character appear to be of any other ethnic origin than caucasian. Firstly, there is no mention of humans with dark skin, or Asian features in the Warcraft lore, thus Blizzard can state this as the reason for the absence of ethnic diversity. The second reason I see as the more prominent one. Blizzard has substituted different species in the place of ethnic minorities with clear cultural influences. The two most apparent implementations are the trolls, who resemble people of Caribbean origin, and the Pandaren, who clearly have an Asian influence about them. The reasons behind this, I suppose, are performance related. Blizzard has stated in the past, that the reasons behind scaling down the the amount of options in the character creation menu when compared to other MMORPGs are improved latency and performance. Small facial features can't really be seen form far away, and as nearly all characters are covered with equipment from head to toe, the only clear features which would make your character stand out are height and weight. Sadly, the latter can not be adjusted in WoW. If this really does improve performance a lot, I do see it as acceptable. I've heard EQ2 beta testers complain that they suffer a clear drop in performance and a large amount of lag, when more than ten people are in close vicinity of each other.
Being able to customize dwarves, humans and gnomes with racial features is something I will miss in WoW. I would have liked to create a gnomish mage with a long white beard and moustache, a bald head and clearly Asian features to make him resemble a martial-arts sensei. Well, enough about my character outlook preferences. What I'm trying to say is that character creation is what dissapoints me most in WoW. EQ2 has by far a superior character creation system.

Why do you have to flood the forum with a duplicate post?
If there is a MOD, do your job.
I dont actually get what the hell you are on about :P.
1. Night elf- Grey
2. Human- Pinky
3. Gnome- Pinky
4. Dwarf- Pinky
5. Orc - Green
6. Troll Green
7. Tauren - Black/brown fur
8. undead - grey
So we got pinky, grey, green, black and brown colour combinations... Having a black orc would look dumb.

All the Trolls I saw were Blue. Also, dwarves are not just pinky, you can make your dwarf a white skinned albino kind of like the EQ Coldain.
