Fileplanet Decrytion Failed?

So, I had the opportunity to download the entire client all 9 gigs worth only to get to the end and the Fileplanet downloader gave me an error and it says:
Decrytion Failed - Click to Here Retry
Am I doing something wrong or is the file corrupted or do I need to wait for another file to unencrypt it? I dunno, new to the whole fileplanet thing. Thanks for your help.

Probably dropped out at one point thus corrupting the archive.
Does not matter anyhow as cant play the open beta until the 7th of sept. lots of itme to dl it.
Yes this is true, but that stinks it has to be redownloaded when I can't even get into fileplanet like everyone else now.

True enough. So they're using fileplanet for open beta? Huh odd.. we used something else for beta. Probably a corrupted file mid download. Which would suck if your on metered download.
You sure that isnt because this is just pre-load meaning that the decryption only happens when the open beta starts or just before?
sounds like a corrupted file, can be caused by your internet dropping durring the DL but not canceling the DL b/c it gets signal back quick. I've had that happen. Looks like u gotta re-download
As for the comment on y there using fileplanet, It actually isnt that bad. I was figuring they would torrent it like DAoC did with LotM, but (even tho it took 3 hours to start @_@) fileplanet is downloading extremely fast for me. Reaching up to 1MB/s at times with a steady 650KB/s most of the time... not bad at all for how many people are tryin to dl.
Protip: If someone does NOT list at least one positive and one negative about the game they are critiquing, its best to ignore the post.
Well, I never was able to get it to decrypt so I deleted the files, restarted my computer, and redownloaded them again. Worked just fine this time.

I to keep on getting the decryption failed. All week i have tried everything i can to unlock the program from file planet. I have de-fraged my computer, rebooted, re-downloaded the file, hit retry over 30 times. Getting pretty frustrated at this point because i was accepted into preview weekend.
Downloading through bit-torrent now...

If you have some friends already in the beta ask them to copy the game and send u the disc's if you have no friends in the beta, find yourself a guild in your area and ask if any of them are willing to send u the burnt copy's.
