So i downloaded the FP client then installed it it asks for login i try and login and it just loops on the login screen so i cant patch, is this what is meant to happen will this change on like the 7th or shortly before?

Same happened to me then I found out that just because I had the FP access I did not yet make a EAMythic master account. I made a couple of diferent accounts hoping one would get into the open beta, the only one that was invited was the one I applied a preorder code to. That was hard since it seems alot ofd the ebgames and target are out of the preorder so I actually had to buy off the net. Finally came across a place I believe it was callled preordersales . com or something along that sort. I also tried the accounts to log in that said applied at the beta site and there isn't a message if you aren't in the system or even if you get your password wrong it just keeps looping back to the sign in. Also your master account and beta login are different that is one mistake I made.
Password and everything is right i have created a master account which says open beta,headstart and all that sort but i still cant login?
Only the first 50 000 standard edition pre-orders made it into the Preview Weekend.
ah so i cant login becuase i am not in the preview weekend? thats fine was just worred it wasent working properly
Ahh, that confirms why my account without the preorder didn't get in. I guess the same will hold true for the next open beta which I think starts around sept 8th.
Mr. Robotto where did you find this info, and does it say when the next beta will start ?
So the CE edition gets to play until release?
Yes both the CE and Elder beta tester in closed beta will continue to play. They still have alot of bugs to work out.
