The problem is mythic have localised licenses. Therefore buying a box from europe will mean you are only able to play on EU servers ran by GOA.
This is a nice thought though maybe for when they allow digital downloads, even before now people had problems with that having to make up false US addresses.

So buy a box or key from a US retailer. Its the way to ensure the best play experience with Goa being so cr*p.

Also I have some family in the states I could get them to buy it for me and then ship it as a gift in their own packaging from a home address. hmmm.
And yes GOA borked daoc, I agree with that but Im not sure how to get around it this time.
yep, and with the head start you will be able to download the game and play on day one, just get them to email you the key before they ship it.
