The Darkfall Challenge

I challenge every member on this forum to prove they are not either a fanboi or a troll (since those are apparently the only thing that exist in this and every thread on DF) to let a single thread go by that DOESN'T degenerate into a "debate" on whether or not it will come out and that doesn't attack Tasos for not caring enough about the public to make a video every day to prove to people that he will never meet that the game that he is working on actually exists, or at the very least a single thread that doesnt have pointless name calling. 

So lets see if it is even possible. Lets see if people can resist treading the same ground that they have been treading for years in these DF threads.

Heres something to get you started:

I personally think that DF will come out early next year.

    Ok! First: Today i feel as i have no life, Been here a few hours now. Alot more then usual.

    And i also think Darkfall, Fallen Earth or Chronicles of Spellborn will be released soon.

    Been sick and home from work for 2 days now so im having all time in the world discuss Darkfall here on MMORPG.com.

    Depending on how open beta work out the game will be released earliest in the middle of or end of October and the latest the end of November. Im very confident Darkfall going gold before the end of the year.

    This thread adds no value or discussion point, thanks for the insightfull one liner can we all move on now and could someone close this thread after the groundbreaking statement. That has been discussed a thousand times here.

    (This is just a Troll post and a poor one at that.)

    Definitely more of an Fanboi than a Troll. I'd like to troll trolls. If the game don't release this year I will keep waiting. But the change is imminent that I will play another game if something is release before Darkfall. Few options but Earthrise and Fallen Earth looks appealing.

    Lost interest in Mortal Online since the last update...

    This has already been discussed over and over in hundreds of other threads. Every possible thing that can be said has been said. Now you can repeat it all over again and add this thread to the ever growing pile. Next year you can copy and paste the OP and start it all over again. So I will keep an eye out for the replica of this thread same time next year so I can copy and paste this very same response

    Does anyone else find it slightly ironic that the OP fails at his own challenge by conducting himself like a troll with his thread-starter? For those who don't know the intricacies of forum trolling, I suggest the aptly titled wiki article on the subject:

    I'm not waiting for Darkfall. I'm playing single-player games, until I get money for that free trial for WWII Online.

    I have no interest in playing Darkfall.  But I do have interests with Indies, and with Darkfall to see how long it takes to get released, along with the drama and news in the interim.



    My personal opinion, is since there has many delays, but with great expectations, a trap has developed.  The developers are in a dangerous position.  Their position (trap) is should they release media of the current state of the game, it may not be of satisfactory expectation to the user base (assumption: more time means a better game).  So more effort is made to reach that perceived level of expectation, but at the cost of taking up more time.  Hence this cycle that engineers often get themselves into.

    I'm not a fanboi or a troll, I think it looks like it will be about the only good MMO this year but i find it hilarious how worked up people get about this game. I look at DF forums when I'm bored not to get information abotu the game but just to watch people fight over something as stupid as a game that very very few people have ever even played but still feel like they can formulate an opinon on how badly its going to fail.

    Oh wait I said it looks like it will be fun so I geuss that makes me a fanboi because apparently if anyone likes any game it makes them a fanboi. I figured it would be impossible to post on these forums without being labeled a troll or a fanboi. Somehow I managed to get on both sides though. Man, I hate forums I'm just not going to bother posting anymore.
