I totally agree with you. The community is full of little kids although there are still some mature players 13+ that do play it.

The game starts out ok. But as you go on it does get boring with all the grinding. It's funny that it is a free game and yet people spend more on it than WoW. I have to admit even though you don't need nx, it becomes a necessity later especially for anything worth doing like buying a selling permit or a new hair style.

The game is way to focused on spending nmoney on nx and the shop items don't even give you any stats or bonuses, they are just for looks.

ONe thing I do like about this game is that the characters look so cute.

Yeah, the game is a bit too grindy. I havnt seen almost any immature people, so I guess im lucky lol. But I deffinitly agree with you, MapleStory is WAY to focused on NX. To get a lot of the things you need most in the game you need to pay real cash. Its ok if you dont pay a lot, but cmon, if you try and your addicted enough to pay NX, then you can easily find yourself spending hundreds of dollars a year or even a month. When I played i only spent NX on pets, but you see some people with nothing but cash shop cloths on. So, overall its a so-so game in my opinion.

I really think, especially since it says 12+ it should only be for 12+, yet kids younger than that fake their age and play. Seriously, someone should do something about that because these kids are being subjected to amazing amounts of negative personality traits. So I still stick with my previous post that your commenting on now. It is not for all ages, and there is lots of money required.

Ok, no.1 this thread should be put in the spam.  No.2 this game is OK. I agree that you say it is not for all ages because that is a fact. It's not the communities fault these bad little kids are spending that much money. Why do you waste your time telling us what we know; to increase your post count! Thats just wrong . Oh just so you know you are immature, you never even played this game i bet. No.3 A game is a game. Have a happy day and hopfully post this in spam because this is all this thread is THANK YOU. Oh my Chicken frowns at you.

The game is technically rated E 10+. But the way the characters speak in this game take it to T 13+. Lots of the newbs in the game are told to act like little 5 year olds jacking off on the computer, but its just retarded teenagers. The truth is, it is true that 8 year olds play on it, because I met one before, but its not really rated that.

    I think MapleStory is improving.

But... There is no scamming involved. No matter the case, you, the player, THE GAMER takes the time, spends the time to use your money. No one is forcing you, perhaps permoting it. But what doesn't?

Ohh yeah... Bud Weiser just scored 30 seconds on the Super Bowl, that's three seconds less then the 3Ply of Toilet Paper Commercial!!  That must be a scam because everyone wants Bud Weiser and they are commercializing there product.

Seriously?? What do you all expect.

Nexon gives you everything they have promised too, no question about it.

The economy is somewhat involved in NX, but if that's your best reason not to play then leave.

There are many angles to a situation, and what some don't realize that if you got to a store that offers Nexon Cash Cards, like I did and pay 25$ for 25000NX Cash, then you will know how it feels to invest in something.

How you spend to waste your time is YOUR CHOICE.

    And...

Have you noticed that the news and other things focus the majority of there time on the bad thingz that they can find. For example...

They don't say MS is fun to meet new people on, and that there is  a lot more to it then meets the eye.

Everything has its ups and downs, but that's not my excuse. You make your own choices, if you feel that you've made a mistake, learn from it and move on. Don't waste my time by reading your flame, because if it's really all that bad, then...

    MOVE ON!!!!

Lol, and this thread started in 2007 btw for anyone who hasn't noticed.

LOL, Maple Story, ASDA Story, Rock Story, Legend Story, Shit Story, and the list goes on. These clones won't stop being made, until people realize the gameplay sucks. Many will never know because of their compulsive gaming habits.
