Yeah , for all of those who have been playing it so far hows the game? I think im gunna dl it rite now , but wondering if any of you are enjoying it.

its alright... i spent a good portion of yesterday playing upto a level 11 Thief and from what i played it was a good game...
everything works fine except 2 things...
A.) HP recovery is a BITCH... honestly, as a Thief at level 11 i have about 320HP okay... i recover 10HP every 10 seconds and i can only do so standing still... if i move at all it resets the 10 second timer... so BASSICALLY i have to stand still for 5 minutes just to recover my HP... the same HP i can lose 300 of in about 2 minutes if i take a wrong step into a pile of MOBS... thats my biggest complaint thus far...
my 2nd complaint is...
B.) Monster AI seems about as strong as old school mario... well, maybe a LITTLE bit better...
aside from that its a great game so far

I still can't figure it out... Why did they name it Maplestory? The only plants I can find are shrooms.

Seems to just be a basic hack and slash with cute graphics. No story line really from what I could tell. Also unless there are GM's and they are serious about third party stuff, it would be so easy to macro this game and level up. Since leveling up is basically all there is to do, the AI is dumb, and the respawn is fast and the same.

heh, i downloaded it yesterday and was able to play for a day. i just tried to log-in now and i get a message saying their processing my request and that i dont have access to the game. as for the game, its not bad but its not great either. its like any other mmorpg, where ur suppose to kill stuff to lvl. the graphics are really cute expecially the faces. i made it up to lvl 11 yesterday and was hoping to play today cause my lineage 2 time card already expired.
I'm getting the same message, guessing the servers down and/or bugged. Wish I could see the server population numbers, seems like a lot of people are playing this. It's so simple and pretty, no one can resist!
Oh yeah , does this game have any pvp?

I couldn't find any mention of PvP on the website and in the game I haven't seen any or heard a hint of it. But of course that doesn't mean there isn't... but if I had to make a bet at this point, I'd say there is no PvP.
Well its good to know im not the only one not able to log into this game. I played it yesterday for the first time also, its not half bad. I must say it is fun.

totally not my type. I cant guess how players could do RAID in such 2D scroll system.
you could guess, without any RAID and massive players activities in it, you can easily find some single player games that are more fun to replace it
Stars don't mind that they look the same with firefies
No, there's no PvP in Maple Story, thank God. It's all PvM.
(For the record, I hate PvP, especially if it's forced.)
