Can't find info. please help. Requirements to make a guild?

What is required? is there a minimum number of people? Resources? Points of some sort needed? Items? Money?

    In closed beta it was quite simple to create a guild actually. You simply had to have 1 full group(6 people) and 1 gold.

    I'm not sure if the cost will change in final release, but the full party has to go with the party leader to the capitol city (Altdorf or Inevitible City) approach the guild registrar, and go through the dialog and pay the appropriate fee.  Each party member must not already be in a guild.  When the transaction is complete, eveyone in the party will be a guild member, with the party leader as guild master.
