If you get stung by the 99% downloader of doom

Look in: C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxwareuopenbeta
And you'll find 10gb of files that shouldn't be there 
I have a small boot drive and I was wondering where half of it went :P
It was real nice of them not to tell us where they were downloading the files.

Are those files actually functional? Because if you're really missing 1% of the download, they shouldn't be.
I daren't click them :P I'm using the torrent.

No worries if you get 99%, just do as it says on www.war-europe.com, I had that shit also and you just need to check the files and you'll be alright
Had 99%, just quit and save and install, no problems. 99% = 100%
The downloader stops downloading at 99% but the uploads keep going and get even faster. When mine stopped the DL at 99% I shut down the app and clicked yes to save when asked. Then went to the downloaded files and they installed perfectly.
So going by my experiance, the 99% thing is just a way to keep people's apps open for uploading to other people.

I have a small problem that maybe you/someone could help me with - no pun intended...
As far as I'm aware, I have my download area set up on a secondary partition. When I try to d/l War from Mythic, it informs me I don't have enough space on the drive - is it trying to download it to my OS partition on the desktop?
I'm confused, any help would be appreciated.
When I ran the file called WAR Europe Downloader.exe (downloader) it created the download folder in the same place as t downloader. So, if you put the WAR Europe Downloader.exe file on your second partition, it should download the files there not on the OS partition.

Ok, ty, I'll give it a go.
The downloader completely crashed and wouldnt exit. When I restarted it went to 0% downloaded a meg and then when I closed that it prompted me to save my meg rofl.
Again, its a bit obsurd if I have to crawl through some random forum just to get the downloader to work. Not looking forward to OB patching

I had no problems downloading the torrent. You could try that.
