Why Runescape is a cool game. World 66 rioters...read
Sure I admit, taking out classic pking in the wildy sucks cuz i didnt have the chance to pk wen i mad my acc months b4! But...their are still resons 2 play rs.
One of the very good reasons 2 play...or play again if ur one of the saps who gave millions of coins away to noobs, is because PvP is coming back sometime this year. You guys gotta understand the reason why they took it out in the first place and be lucky that PvP wasn't taken out entirely. (Duel Arena, Clan Wars, etc.)
Another reason is the graphic updates. It really has improved!!
One other reason is that someone NEEDS to pwn Yogosun, the best player so far. (Dont get me wrong though. The BEST player is Fat Wrecked)
So to all who plays or has quit RS, try to look at it again, for likr 30 minutes. Remeber what got u into the game and to spend 100s of hours having nothing but fun! And your gonna let some stupid update ruin all of that? All Im typin, is think about it for a second.

(Must be a new guy) Setzer, because I'm a nice guy, I'm going to tell you what other people are probably going to say when they reply to this thread. They're going to mention at least one of the following things:
-The community would still suck.
-Customer service still sucks.
-the trading limits are still in place
-the drops for PvP are going to be preset items, rather than what the character was holding.
-the skills are still repetitive
-graphics are bad when compared to Guild Wars graphics
I probably just saved some work for them.
I lost all my dignity a long time ago.

Sure they are millions of reasons why runescape sucks but they are thousand reasons to play it
Well they still have to update the graphics ! (even though the graphics don't matter to me)
PvP is coming back ( well the monster drop sucks)

Response:Yes for you of course there are dozens of reasons. But if you experienced the same as I had, you would be feeling a little diffrent towards this. As obvious as it is, Jagex has cast a shadow on runescape. The feeling of hard work, of excitement is gone.

Response:Don't critisise something you don't know. Most of all don't make false assumptions my friend. It all goes back to you. Don't stereotype all complains just because they are against something. Now you said that PvP wasn't taken out entirely. Hell,Jagex created lots of pvp minigames, and most of them for me was just load of childish bunk. If they want a good PvP game; here are some factors they must put into action:
-it must satisfy both child and adult
-it must follow the basic rule which is; "what you see is what you get" NOT "what you don't see is what you get."
-it must be both elastic in terms of FUN and MONEY

Response:For me, the graphics are just cheap. Although I admit they have improved big time, despite all the hard work, they come up with poor avatar graphics and poor facial graphics. And all in all, it really comes down this this: You make a person with cancer look better by putting new skin, or making the person look healthy by adding a little fat. Not matter how good the person looks on the outside, it will still coincide with inner factors and fail. Truth is, Jagex still ignores the fact that the problem is inside not outside.

Response: He is dead now, I saw his videos on youtube with his Dad explaining how he died and such. As I remember it was Heart Failure. King Duffy is best right now, but Fat Wrecked is a Legacy.

Response:Fun? i think the fun lies within the fact that the "fun" you are talking about destroyed itself. Jagex dug their own grave. The RWTraders didn't dig it for Jagex. Jagex had the CHOICE. Talking about the time I spend in rs, I don't even wanna log on anymore, cause its a waste of time. You know what im talking about?lol
