Hello!
I have few more questions about W.A.R.
So first: What are keeps about? Are there any npc inside or something important?
Second: Im wondering is there any city sieges? I mean not keep sieges, not capital sity sieges oly citys
Third: If elves hold one keep. And then Dark ones go to conquered it and they succeed, did Keep change its looking? Like new npc's,new walls and so on.

holding a keep awards bonuses for your faction which in turn grant bonuses for the tier above you if you win the lower tier. there are npc's in the keep that will help you defend it
ummmm there arent really that many cities ingame so, if you're not asking about capitol cities then i would say not offical like siges, but i am sure if you gather enough players you can run amuk in the enemy quest giver "camps"
the npcs will change and you are able to fly the banner of your guild on the keeps. not sure about walls and such
The ultimate goal of the game is to successfully assault the opposite faction's capital city and kill their king. Accomplishing this results in massive rewards for your realm.
As for the various other keeps and fortresses: They are player controlled, but killing the players that control them is not sufficient to capture them. They each have an NPC captain with lieutenants that must be defeated. Then your guild can plant its banner, which turns the keep to your side. At that point new NPC's spawn, which are on your faction's side.
Ok last two easy questions
1. Is There AH?
2.Capital cityes of Aldorf and Inevitable can be sieged but can other like main city of Dark elves Or Karaz karak can be lsieged?

1) Not yet. That doesn't mean it won't be in at launch, but it's not yet in beta. It is something they know they need, and they're going to get it in as quickly as they can.
2) With the time remaining before launch, they were faced with a choice: Put all 6 racial capitals in at launch, but have them be mediocre out the gate. Or launch with only two racial capitals and do them very well. They chose the latter option, and in the process also changed the way that the capitals get sieged so as to make the whole system more interesting. In effect, they cut four cities but added another tier to the system. The remaining capitals can be added later, and most likely will be.
